Team Mission Statement
 
 To assist Staff Members in reaching their greatest potential and effectiveness as employees of Saint Patrick's Episcopal Church.
 
 Team Objectives
 
  1. Maintain personnel policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain job descriptions for all Staff positions.
  3. Ensure state and federal employment related requirements and guidelines are being followed.
  4. Support Staff Members with prayer and personal contact.
  5. Meet with Vicar periodically to review needs, concerns and morale of all Staff Members.
  6. Assist Vicar with immediate personnel needs and concerns.
  7. Coordinate periodic performance appraisals for all Staff Members.
  8. Monitor and determine needs for addition to, or reduction of, Staff Members and make recommendations to the Vestry.
  9. Review salaries and make recommendations to the Vestry.
  10. Any other duties related to Personnel issues as assigned by the Vicar or Vestry.
