The members of Saint Patrick's community, daily living out their Baptismal Covenant,
support with time and effort the ministries of the Mission. Here is one of the important
ways we gain our personal experience of God: through service we meet Christ in others.
Our community actively supports the Mooresville Soup Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity,
RAIN (AIDS ministry - first of its kind in Iredell County), The Thompson Children's Home,
The Towel Ministry, the Mooresville Public Schools, local nursing homes, overseas missionaries,
the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief and Fifth Street Ministry in Statesville, to name a few.
Reaching out to others is a way of life which flows from our participation in the Eucharist,
by our faith to be agents of reconciliation to the world.
