The State of the Parish - June 10, 2007

The State of the Parish is "a Report to the congregation of Saint Patrick's Episcopal Church from the vestry." Saint Patrick's remains in a period of transition but the future has much to offer, thanks to the vestry and various committees, whose hard work is leading the way. A lot of time and effort went into the preparation of this report so be sure to do your part and take the time to read, reflect and respond as appropriate. The vestry would like to hear from you so please, read the report.

Search Committee Update (3-14-06)

The Saint Patrick's Search Committee for our new rector has been very busy. These members of our parish are diligently implementing the steps necessary to achieve this challenging task but everyone at Saint Patrick's has a role to perform. You can review their latest report to learn about these steps and determine how you can contribute to this important process of preparing for our future. Click here to read their report.

Saint Patrick's Ninety-Day Task Forces and Contacts

As most of you know by now, the Vestry gathered on February 18th with our new Interim Rector to take counsel for the welfare and mission of the Saint Patrick's Community. A large portion of the day was spent in an exercise where the Vestry was asked to list every issue/concern/task/opportunity that came to mind. Upon completion of that exercise, each issue/concern/task/opportunity was assigned a Task Force. The Task Forces will meet for ninety-days to address each item on the list. Task Forces and items of concern are listed below as well as contact persons for each Task Force. If you are interested in serving on a Task Force, please contact one of the leaders listed here or in the following link. Saint Patrick's Ninety-Day Task Forces and Contacts

Saint Patrick's says Farewell to our Vicar

Gone but never to be forgotten, the Suntken family will surely be missed here at their, much warmer southern home. Typical of our community of faith, Saint Patrick's says Farewell to our Vicar and his family through prayers of thanksgiving and hope which can be viewed here. We offer our prayers and best wishes to them during this time of transition and always. They will always be a part of our extended family here at Saint Patrick's and we welcome them to visit us whenever they can.
